The 2 hours of the visit flew by among beautiful rooms, paintings and architecture to admire and understand clearly and also in a nice way with the telling of some very funny anecdotes. Very pleasant park with possibility of bike rental or use of shuttle (A/R of 2.5 Euro/person). All perfect. The place is amazing and worthy of the most illustrious international sites. Excellent services, staff present, knowledgeable and friendly. It is a must-see place. It takes over two hours to visit the garden, be careful on sunny days. . There is a cafe inside with self-service at moderate prices. Book tickets online with guided tour(recommended).

Royal Palace beautiful but it is a money-making machine and badly organized. Ticket skip line to stay half an hour outside to access and over half an hour to take audio guide. Half an hour to access the theater for a 2 minute visit. Queue to buy shuttle tickets to go to English Gardens, one hour wait for shuttle!!! For a total, more or less, of three hours of waiting for a couple of hours visit....

The quality of the comments on the audio, and the autonomy. But at first I didn't know if we were part of a group, and we didn't see anyone from your organization, even though you mention that you need your ID card to check in. But in the end we found our way around and that was good.
My son wanted to come here for the Star Wars connection and we were suitably impressed with the grand entrance stairs. The Palace and Gardens were awesome. We paid a couple of euros each for a little bus to take us to the top of the gardens where there was the English garden and another cafe. You got the full impression of the Palace from there. It would have been very hot to walk. You could hire a bike or go on a golf buggy. Really enjoyed our day out.

The experience itself was beautiful, the place visited exceeded expectations. The problem was the booking and purchasing process with Headout in that: - it was wrong booking time with which you produced the ticket. The app is reservation had my chosen time but the ticket had a random time. Fortunately, they still let us in 4 HOURS AFTER THE RANDOM TIME YOU SELECTED. - the audioguide PURCHASED WITH HEADOUT was sent in English despite the fact that THERE WAS NO POSSIBILITY TO SELECT THE LANGUAGE during the booking process - the English audio guide provided was unacceptable, not up to the standard of the visit - i had to purchase two audio guides on site PAYING AGAIN 10€ - the price paid with your app is out of proportion to the real price of ticket+audioguide at the official website of the attraction Bottom line: very bad Headout service.
